Steven LeBoeuf is the Broker/Owner of Florida Gulf Home Realty, a Licensed Broker in Florida and New Hampshire, and a Cape Coral resident since 2009.
From a garage to the Gulf
In 1988 Steven started an industrial electronics company in his garage. It grew to 70 employees and 40,000 square feet and made the Inc. 500 list in 1996.
He then ran a remodeling and construction company, building and remodeling homes and a small subdivision in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire, and held a New Hampshire Realtor license.
In 2009 he moved to Cape Coral, got his Florida license right away and focused on gulf-access land and new construction.
Why the boat-time tool?
Each Realtor has a different idea of where the Gulf actually is. Steven built a way to show it.
